Suspension service is not only about replacing oil and seals. The goal is to make the bike feel more controlled, predictable and suitable for the rider, terrain and riding speed.
Typical work
- Fork service
- Rear shock service
- Full suspension service
- Steering damper service
- Spring rate selection
- Sag and setup direction
Common symptoms
- The bike bottoms too easily
- The front dives under braking
- The rear kicks in rocks or roots
- The bike feels harsh but still bottoms
- The front pushes wide
- Grip or stability is missing

Suspension dyno testing is different from engine dyno testing.
Shock absorber dyno testing measures how the shock or fork produces damping force. It helps verify service quality, compare settings and support suspension development work.
- Checking damping behaviour
- Verifying service and rebuild quality
- Comparing before and after changes
- Supporting shim and valving changes
- Finding irregular behaviour in suspension
Power matters, but rideability matters more.
Engine dyno work is used to understand how the engine performs and how changes affect power, torque, throttle response and overall rideability. For enduro and motocross bikes, the best setup is not always the one with the biggest peak number.
Engine dyno work can help with
- Throttle response
- Torque delivery
- Power curve
- Mapping changes
- Exhaust and intake changes
- Rideability for the rider’s use
Good for
- Motocross bikes
- Enduro bikes
- Race bikes
- Modified engines
- ECU and mapping work
- Checking before and after changes

Need a part or not sure what fits?
TTM Factory can help with WP Suspension parts, springs, service kits, upgrade parts and special parts for motocross and enduro bikes. Send the bike brand, model, year and the part you need.

Send bike details
Brand, model, model year and exact part need help avoid wrong fitment.
Add a part number or photo
A part number, old package or photo can make the search much faster.
Check fitment before ordering
Model year alone is not always enough. Fitment must be checked carefully.
When a ready-made part is not enough.
Some problems need a custom solution instead of a standard service part. TTM Factory works with technical fixes, adapters, special parts, intake solutions, exhaust work and workshop-built modifications.
- Adapters and fitment solutions
- Special parts and upgrades
- Intake and exhaust related work
- Custom suspension solutions
- Troubleshooting unusual technical issues
Start with the problem, not the part.
The right solution depends on the bike, rider, riding style and intended use. That is why it helps to describe the actual riding problem as clearly as possible.
Describe the bike
Brand, model, year, suspension type and any relevant modifications.
Describe the rider
Rider weight, speed, terrain, riding style and level.
Describe the problem
Bottoming, diving, kicking, harshness, instability, lack of grip or engine response.
Choose the solution
Service, setup, spring, dyno test, spare part or custom modification.
Useful details to include in your message
Can I send suspension parts to TTM Factory?
Yes, in many cases suspension parts can be shipped. Contact TTM Factory first with your bike details and the work you need done.
What information should I include?
Include bike brand, model, year, rider weight, riding style, terrain, current problem and any previous service or modification history.
Is shock absorber dyno testing the same as engine dyno testing?
No. Shock absorber dyno testing measures suspension damping behaviour. Engine dyno testing measures engine performance such as power, torque and response.
Can TTM Factory help with WP Suspension parts?
Yes. TTM Factory works with WP Suspension parts, springs, service kits and related suspension components.
Send the bike details and describe what you want to improve.
The more clearly you describe the bike, rider and problem, the easier it is to choose the right direction: service, setup, dyno testing, parts or custom work.
