Suspension service for motocross,
enduro and special projects
We service, set up and tailor motocross and enduro suspension of every brand. ATVs, snowmobiles, street, track and adventure bikes, cars and custom projects come through the workshop too.
Start by telling us about the bike, the rider and how it is used. With the right details the service gets going straight away.
Tell us about the bike
Send the bike model, your weight with gear, how you ride and what the bike does.
Start here →Bring or ship your suspension
Bring the suspension to Forssa or ship it to us before the agreed date.
Contact details →All the details in one go
Tell us about the bike, how you ride, the symptoms and what you want changed. The service starts as soon as the suspension arrives.
Suspension service and tuning for other vehicles too.
TTM Factory’s background is strongest in motocross and enduro, but the workshop does shock absorber and suspension work far more widely. If it has a shock absorber, suspension or a damping problem, it can often be inspected, serviced, set up or developed.
Motocross and enduro
Forks, rear shocks, PDS systems, WP, KYB, Showa, Öhlins, springs, setup and modifications.
ATVs and snowmobiles
Shock absorber service, setup and modifications for off-road vehicles and special use.
Street, track and adventure bikes
Suspension service and setup for handling, grip, stability and the way you ride.
Cars and special projects
Custom solutions, special vehicles and projects that need a technical understanding of damping.
You usually feel the need for a service when riding.
It is not always clear whether you need a service, setup, a spring change or a modification. That is why we ask what the bike actually does when you ride it.
Bottoms out easily
The suspension uses all its travel too easily in whoops, jumps, under load or hard braking.
The fork dives
The front end dives too much under braking or feels unstable entering corners.
The rear kicks
The rear shock rebounds hard in rocks, roots, whoops or sharp hits.
Hits come through to your hands
The fork or damping does not absorb repeated hits, so vibration and sharp impacts go straight to the rider.
The bike pushes or will not turn
The front end does not bite into corners or the bike does not behave the way you want.
Grip disappears
Tyre grip feels inconsistent even though the tyre, surface and line are fine.
Feels harsh but still bottoms out
A typical sign that turning clickers alone may not be enough. The cause can be a service need, the spring, the damping or the balance of the whole bike.
The goal is a bike that feels better to ride.
A good suspension service is something you feel when riding. The suspension should be calmer, more predictable and easier to control in the use the bike is built for.
Better grip
Tyre grip and feel can improve when the suspension works more consistently.
Fewer sharp hits
Working damping reduces how much of each impact reaches the rider or the chassis.
Calmer behaviour
When the damping works, the bike is easier to keep on line in whoops, rocks, on track or under load.
Less guesswork
Starting data, service history and dyno testing when needed help separate the symptom from the cause.
Suspension service starting prices
The final price depends on the make, model and condition of the suspension, the vehicle type and any parts or modifications needed.
Fork service
Fork service for motocross, enduro, off-road, street, track and adventure use.
Book a service →Rear shock service
Rear shock service, oil, nitrogen fill and the necessary checks.
Book a service →Full set / modifications
When setup, springs, modifications, an ATV, snowmobile, car or other special vehicle is involved.
Ask for a quote →Fork, rear shock, full set or special project sorted.
What a service includes depends on the make, model, condition, hours and use of the suspension. TTM Factory also checks whether a service is enough or whether setup or a modification is needed.
Fork service
- Fork oil
- Seals and dust wipers
- Bushings and wear parts checked
- Fork tube condition checked
- Fork tubes polished if needed
- Overall fork function check
Rear shock service
- Shock oil
- Nitrogen fill
- Seals and wear parts
- Piston rings if needed
- Leaks and play checked
- Function check after the service
Full set service and modifications
- Fork and rear shock as one package
- Bike balance assessment
- Sag and suspension baseline
- Springs, shimming, setup and special work as needed
Do not wait until the suspension leaks.
Suspension oil, seals and wear parts are under constant stress. Servicing on time keeps the suspension working consistently and can often prevent damage to more expensive parts.
No need to come to Forssa
You can ship your suspension to us. Contact us before sending, so the details are ready when the parcel arrives.
The exact interval depends on riding, conditions, vehicle type, suspension model and how the vehicle is used.
Details first, then the suspension to the workshop.
The better the starting information, the easier it is to choose the right solution. So we start by asking about the bike, the riding and the symptoms.
Tell us about the bike
Tell us the bike, your weight, how you ride and what the suspension does. Then we agree on a date.
We agree on a date
We confirm the date by email.
Bring or ship your suspension
Bring the suspension to Forssa or ship it to us before the agreed date.
Service and back to riding
If needed, we recommend springs, setup, dyno testing or modifications.
A service is not always enough.
If the suspension is in good condition but the bike still does not work the way you want, the issue may be the spring, the damping, the shim stack or the overall balance. TTM Factory looks at how the whole bike works when you ride it.
A service is often enough when
- the suspension is old or has not been serviced
- the oil and wear parts are worn
- the suspension leaks
- the behaviour has changed over time
Setup or a modification may be needed when
- the suspension bottoms out even though it has been serviced
- it feels harsh but still uses too much travel
- the rider’s weight or intended use differs from standard
- the bike is built for a specific discipline, terrain or special use

WP Suspension expertise and parts
TTM Factory works with WP Suspension expertise and parts. We service and upgrade WP XACT, XPLOR and PDS systems and help with springs, cartridge kits and other upgrade parts.

Shock absorber dyno testing
A shock dyno is not the same as an engine dyno. Shock dyno testing measures the damping behaviour of the shock absorber. It helps verify service quality, supports modifications and helps when the feel does not match expectations.
How does service and setup feel on the bike?
“The bike’s behaviour improved significantly.”
Akseli Kärkkäinen · Google review (translated)“The suspension became really good after TTM’s service and setup.”
Jussi Kankkunen · Google review (translated)“The bike did exactly what the rider wanted.”
Pasi Kapanen · Google review (translated)“Fast and professional service.”

How much does a suspension service cost?
A fork service is from 259 € and a rear shock service from 149 €. The final price depends on the make, model and condition of the suspension, the vehicle type and the parts needed.
Do you service suspension other than motocross and enduro?
Yes. TTM Factory also does shock absorber and suspension work for ATVs, snowmobiles, street and track bikes, adventure bikes, cars and special projects.
How often should suspension be serviced?
The interval depends on riding and conditions. For enduro a typical interval is about 30–50 hours, for motocross about 20–40 hours and for racing often about 20–30 hours. Road racing bikes are serviced every season, street and adventure bikes every 1–2 years depending on riding and conditions. For other vehicles the interval is judged by use, design and symptoms.
Can I ship my suspension to you?
Yes. You can ship your suspension to us in Forssa. Contact us before sending, so the details are ready when the parcel arrives.
How do I know if I need a service or setup?
If the suspension is old, leaking or has not been serviced, a service is usually the first step. If the service history is fine but the bike still does not work, it may be the spring, the setup or a modification.
What details should I send?
The make, model and year of the vehicle, the rider’s weight with gear, the intended use, the terrain and a description of what the bike does when you ride.
Do you service WP, KYB, Showa and Öhlins suspension?
Yes. TTM Factory services and sets up suspension from several manufacturers, including WP, KYB, Showa and Öhlins.
What is the difference between a shock dyno and an engine dyno?
A shock dyno measures the damping behaviour of a shock absorber. An engine dyno measures engine power, torque and running.
Send the details and we get started.
Tell us the bike, your weight, how you ride and what the suspension does. Based on that we judge whether the right next step is a service, setup, a spring change, dyno testing or a modification.
